Innovative and Technology agency of Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia, LPPL V.Komarovi Tbilisi physics and mathematics N 199 public school and the “Potter” company have signed a memorandum of cooperation. The areas set out in this memorandum of cooperation intend to establish an innovative Laboratory.

The document  was signed by the head of Innovative and Technology agency of Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia, Davit Kashibadze, the head of “ Potters Digital Agency” Davit Khosroshvili and LPPL V. Komarovi Tbilisi physics and mathematics N 199 public school principal  Ivane Kvitashvili.

The aim of the Laboratory is to train highly qualified staff with practical education, who after graduating the school, will be able to work on high paid jobs and study simultaneously, or start their own high-tech business.

Innovative Laboratory is a project, which provides cooperation of the company and the training facility in educational field. The laboratory is equipped with newest technology gadgets, and the students are working on creating new, innovative projects and on their further development. The partner company of the laboratory provides market oriented tasks.

Within the project, LPPL V. Komarovi Tbilisi physics and mathematics N 199 public school will be equipped with the newest devices. The laboratory will help to collaborate the innovative technologies and projects.

The laboratory will work on the following issues:

Innovative mobile applications.

Creating smart watches and different “ wearable” gadgets.

Internet of things

Besides, according to the agreement, different events, seminars, master classes, training and youth contests (among them so called Hack Macs) will be held in the laboratory.
